We are currently unable to provide proper support!

For the last few months we have been very busy working on some huge, very time-consuming and time-sensitive projects, so our support was very limited and we were unable to provide proper support in our forums! We now have a huge backlog of requests from our customers, which we are trying to clear bit by bit. Unfortunately, this takes longer than we anticipated, so our response time is not yet up to par. We are trying our best to improve this situation as soon as possible.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding!

So far i have the shipping costs based on the total purchase price. Which works great..
But for one particular product that is heavy but is $100, I need to increase the shipping just based on its $13

How can i do that?
This is my code thus far:

Dear FarmGirlOysters,
Do I understand you correctly that the shipping for the whole order should be $13 flat if the heavy product is in the cart (plus possible some other, light products, which in this case don't have any influence on the shipping cost).

How do you identify that one special product? Do you properly set the weight for that product and all other products have a much lower weight? In that case, you can use a condition on the total weight to determine whether that heavy product is in the order:
Weight>=100; Shipping=13

The first rule would handle the case that the heavy product is in the cart. If that rule does not match, then you simply want to apply your rules thus far.

If you have other, heavy products (or the total weight of the order of all light products might be just as heavy as that single heavy product), then you cannot use such a condition on the weight. In that case, I'm afraid you'll need the paid version to special-case on one product (or one category indicating heavy products).

Best regards,
