CB Usergroups Field Plugin With great sadness we have to announce that we are ceasing development of all our VirtueMart, WooCommerce and Joomla plugins. Effective immediately, all our plugins -- even those that were paid downloads -- are made available for free from our homepage (GPL license still applies), but we cannot and will not provide any support anymore.
It has been a great pleasure to be part of the thriving development communities of VirtueMart as well as WooCommerce. However, during the last year it became painstakingly clear that in addition to a full-time job, a young family and several other time-consuming hobbies at professional level (like being a professional singer) the plugin development and the support that it requires is not sustainable and is taking its toll. It has been an honor, but it is now time to say good bye!

Hi All,
I would like to be able to set a different order number format for different product types. For example, product ABC might have an order number format like this 2013-07-22-ABC-456, where 2013-07-22 = the date, ABC = product specific Alpha numeric string, and 456 might be a counter or random number. And product XYZ would have a format like this, 2013-07-22-XYZ-478. I need the ability to include a definable product specific element in the order number. Can any tell me if this can be done with the Ordernumber Plugin, or any other plugin that you know of? Thank you for any help you can give. Thomas |

It's not possible to make the order number depend on the order items. Besides, how would the order number look if both item ABC and XYZ are included in an order?
I don't know of any other plugin that is able to achieve this. Sorry, Reinhold |
