Downloads for Sale for VirtueMart

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Plugin development ceased, all plugins made available freely (GPL)

With great sadness we have to announce that we are ceasing development of all our VirtueMart, WooCommerce and Joomla plugins. Effective immediately, all our plugins -- even those that were paid downloads -- are made available for free from our homepage (GPL license still applies), but we cannot and will not provide any support anymore.

It has been a great pleasure to be part of the thriving development communities of VirtueMart as well as WooCommerce. However, during the last year it became painstakingly clear that in addition to a full-time job, a young family and several other time-consuming hobbies at professional level (like being a professional singer) the plugin development and the support that it requires is not sustainable and is taking its toll. It has been an honor, but it is now time to say good bye!

The Plugin alter my presentation page of the product leaving her with an unattractive format.

Changing the layout of the product in chekout 26 May 2014 20:27 #2

What exactly is the problem?

I assume you want the download link on the product page, right? You can style the download link using your custom html as described in the documentation (open-tools.net/documentation/downloads-f...-for-virtuemart.html), section "Overriding the Output Design via Template Overrides".

If you simply want the download link to appear in a different position (i.e. if you use a customized virtuemart product view template with its own layout position names), you can change the layout position of the download link in the definition of the custom field (the "Layout position" input box in the step "2) Adding a Global Custom Field (only needed once)" of the documentation).

I hope this helps you tweak the output of our plugin to the custom layout of your store.

Best regards,
Reinhold
