We are currently unable to provide proper support!

For the last few months we have been very busy working on some huge, very time-consuming and time-sensitive projects, so our support was very limited and we were unable to provide proper support in our forums! We now have a huge backlog of requests from our customers, which we are trying to clear bit by bit. Unfortunately, this takes longer than we anticipated, so our response time is not yet up to par. We are trying our best to improve this situation as soon as possible.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding!

I want to charge 2.95 for items in cart from a particular category. In our case this is category ID 13
Everything thing else should be at a flat rate of 4.95
If items from category 13 are included with items from another category then shipping is still 4.95
Free shipping if total cost is = or greater than $100.

Can someone help me with this?

Dera Benefieldc,
If I understand you correctly, the shipping for the whole order will be 2.95 or 4.95, right?
In this case, the logic is:
1) Orders of 100$ or more are free
2) All other orders containing ONLY articles from category 13 are 2.95
3) All other orders are 4.95

The corresponding rule set would be:
Amount>=100; Shipping=0
Comment="Only cat 13"; evaluate_for_categories(Articles, 13)==Articles; Shipping=2.95
Comment="All other orders are 4.95"; Shipping=4.95

Best regards,
