TOPIC:

1. The link in the invoice opens a white page in the browser without prompting for download (save file).
2. The "All Your Downloads" Page link does not work (index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=plugin&name=downloads_for_sale).

From your description it is not clear to me whether you have problems downloading the plugin from our homepage (i.e. are you talking about the link in the invoice we sent you), or whether this happens at your installation...

If you are talking about your installation:
-) Which VirtueMart, Joomla and PHP versions are you using?
-) Do you see any php error messages in the webserver's error log file?

Joomla! 2.5.28 / VirtueMart 2.0.22c / PHP Version 5.3.29


I enabled from Joomla Error Reporting set to Maximum and when I press the link the following error message appears:

PHP Fatal error: Class 'vRequest' not found in /home/username/public_html/plugins/vmcustom/downloads_for_sale/downloads_for_sale.php on line 254

Your VirtueMart version is the problem: The plugin requires a VM version above 2.6.
Please also notice that VM versions before 2.6.10 contain critical security issues, which basically allow any attacker to become administrator and have full access to your whole shop! You should really upgrade as soon as possible.

If you really cannot upgrade (at your own risk!!!), I can send you an earlier version of the plugin, which should work with VM 2.0.22.
