I've installed the plugin a few days ago. Since then sometimes (this morning 1 out of 4) the VAT over the shipments aren't calculated. How can I solve this?

Solution:

Regarding VAT you have to "tick" boxes twice. Once in the tab "gereral" (you referred to it), secondly in the row (at the end) of the definition of the VAT percentage. And in one case I didnot do that!

Our shipping plugin actually does not have anything to do with tax calculations. All a shipping plugin in WooCommerce does is return an array of "Shipment Name" -> Cost entries. The taxation is handled entirely by WooCommerce and not modified in any way by our plugin.

What is the value of "Shipping Tax Class:" in your Tax options page in the WooCommerce admin backend? It might be that this value or the tax rules are incorrectly set up so that those shipments where no tax is added somehow go to a destination with a zero tax rate?
