Dear Goodwibes,
The order password can be found on the original order confirmation mail.
If you lost that, the order number and password are also included in the download links (the order_number and order_pass arguments in the URL). If you log in here at Open Tools and go to the (open-tools.net/index.php?option=com_virt...e=downloads_for_sale)["Your Downloads"] page, the links to your downloads will have a URL of the form

https://open-tools.net/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=plugin&name=downloads_for_sale&customfield_id=12&order_number=VM-18-1234&order_pass=p_ABCDEFG

In this case, the order number would be "VM-18-1234" and the corresponding order password "p_ABCDEFG".d

PS: I will also trigger a re-sending of the order confirmation mail, so you should also get the password via e-mail

Even the re-triggered confirmation email did not show up anywhere (not in inbox, not in spam) BUT... the URL-trick worked perfect. Thanks!
