With great sadness we have to announce that we are ceasing development of all our VirtueMart, WooCommerce and Joomla plugins. Effective immediately, all our plugins -- even those that were paid downloads -- are made available for free from our homepage (GPL license still applies), but we cannot and will not provide any support anymore.
It has been a great pleasure to be part of the thriving development communities of VirtueMart as well as WooCommerce. However, during the last year it became painstakingly clear that in addition to a full-time job, a young family and several other time-consuming hobbies at professional level (like being a professional singer) the plugin development and the support that it requires is not sustainable and is taking its toll. It has been an honor, but it is now time to say good bye!

Hello I am trying to migrate my old legacy rules to the new system
As I can see the only way to have different shipping rules per country is to create every country one by one, With the old version I could had a "no restrictions" section at the beginning of the rules where I stored all my global variables as costs etc. Now I have to copy this to every country. Can I have a "global variable" section to store these data and use them in the countries afterwords? Thanks in advance |

Dear GChron,
Thank you for your request. Unfortunately, after our switch to the WooCommerce shipping zones it is currently not possible to have a global variable section that applies to all methods and all zones. We have it on our list of possible new features, but we cannot guarantee whether or when we will implement it. Best regards, Reinhold |
