With great sadness we have to announce that we are ceasing development of all our VirtueMart, WooCommerce and Joomla plugins. Effective immediately, all our plugins -- even those that were paid downloads -- are made available for free from our homepage (GPL license still applies), but we cannot and will not provide any support anymore.
It has been a great pleasure to be part of the thriving development communities of VirtueMart as well as WooCommerce. However, during the last year it became painstakingly clear that in addition to a full-time job, a young family and several other time-consuming hobbies at professional level (like being a professional singer) the plugin development and the support that it requires is not sustainable and is taking its toll. It has been an honor, but it is now time to say good bye!

I have purchased this plugin and paid via PayPal. I have received payment confirmation from Paypal and registration confirmation from Open Tools. I have not received an invoice from Open Tools yet nor do I have access to download the plugin.
Is there a manual verification process that I need to wait for before I can download? |

Dear Visability,
Sometimes (rarely, but it happens every few weeks) PayPal takes up to three hours to send the payment notification to our servers. Seems this was the case with your purchase. You should have received the automatic order confirmation mail and the invoice meanwhile. Best regards, Reinhold |

Thank you for your feedback. I was able to download about an hour after I posted this message.
I have been using your plugin and have been able to customize it really nicely. If a client's credit card payment fails he is now able to retry his payment right from the "failed payment screen' or from the order details screen. It has been a real help especially since Virtuemart killed this feature in version 2 and 3. Thanks for a great and cost-effective plugin! I have attached screenshots of your plugin in action on my client's website. |

Dear Visability,
I think you posted these screenshots at the wrong developer's page. We developed the ordernumber plugin, while your screenshots appear to show the "Finalize order" plugin (I suppose the one developed by daycounts.com). It is, however, still nice to see you are satisfied with all the third-party extensions for VM, and it is indeed nice to see that other plugin in action and working nicely. Best regards, Reinhold |
