Here is my codes:

Name=Priority Mail; Weight<=15; Shipping=5.65

Name=Free Shipping; 80<= Amount; 0

All the weight codes work fine, but when you do the $80.00 or more, it still goes by the weight and not by the Free shipping code. Is there something missing?

The plugin checks the rules sequentially and uses the first matching rule. I.e. the last rule is only checked for orders with Weight>48.

To have free shipping for all orders above 80€/$, you need to place the Free Shipping rule first. If that matches, the Weight rules will no longer be checked.
