I use 3.3.1 J and VM2. ( the plugin in "Joomla plungin" is ON)

Im install the plugin, bun in » configuration » shipment method, dont apear any configuration.

the only thing that appears is:

Shipment Name
Shipment Method: rules_shipping

That is really strange. Which vm version are you using exactly?
This problem usually only happens when the pplugin is disabled inthe Joomla configuration.

Do you see any warnings or error messages in your webserver's log files?
