I just updated to latest version, according to your last reply about my issue, I am kind of confused,.

Now I just want to make product <A> Taiwan Only, means if customer choose country"HK", it will show the error msg and the belongs shipping way won't display.

Not work.

What is the country configuration for the rule set containing that rule?
Did you place this rule first in the country zone for HK?

Also, just to make sure, please wrap the SKU in double quotes, because for PHP the SKU is a string: "SKP20901" rathen than only SKP20901
