With great sadness we have to announce that we are ceasing development of all our VirtueMart, WooCommerce and Joomla plugins. Effective immediately, all our plugins -- even those that were paid downloads -- are made available for free from our homepage (GPL license still applies), but we cannot and will not provide any support anymore.
It has been a great pleasure to be part of the thriving development communities of VirtueMart as well as WooCommerce. However, during the last year it became painstakingly clear that in addition to a full-time job, a young family and several other time-consuming hobbies at professional level (like being a professional singer) the plugin development and the support that it requires is not sustainable and is taking its toll. It has been an honor, but it is now time to say good bye!

i have used the following rules
Name=Shipping for less then 2 kg; Weight<=2; Shipping=6.10 Name=Shipping for less then 5 kg; 2<Weight<=5; Shipping=9 Name=Shipping for less then 7 kg; 5<Weight<=7; Shipping=20 Name=Shipping for less then 10 kga; 7<Weight<=10; Shipping=30 Name=Shipping for less then 15 kga; 10<Weight<=15; Shipping=40 Name=Shipping for less then 20 kga; 15<Weight<=20; Shipping=50 the rules are working if i go to product from admin site to the product and then choose the child product the the shipping is calculated. but if i use from front and then select the child product it only show the first shipping rate that is 6.10 how i can make this working form front end ? |

Do you use a one-page checkout module? What exactly do you mean by "go to product from admin site to the product"? I'm not sure I understand you, since in my VirtueMart admin backend, I don't have any links to the product pages in the front end... Can you please describe this with a little more detail.
Do you have a test installation where I can see the problem myself? Can you reproduce the problem with some sample products on demo.kainhofer.com? That would make it easiest for me to track down the problem. |
